The Trustees of the Murray Usher Foundation (the ‘Foundation’) and its Administrator respect the confidentiality of personal information to which access is obtained and will always take every effort to protect this information under the General Data Protection Regulation.
The Foundation shall hold all personal data securely for 8 years from the end of the financial year in which an individual first contacts the Foundation for a grant or any other financial award.
The Foundation, its Administrator and any professional advisers consulted in furtherance of the aims of the Foundation, will only use this data for carrying out the legal aims of the Foundation as a charitable trust.

Acceptance of any award or payment of money from the Foundation includes permission by the party receiving the award or payment to publicise this fact in such manner, including on this website, as the Trustees of the Foundation may so determine although, in the case of individuals, no mention of individual names will be made, nor photographs of such parties used, unless specific permission to that effect is given.
